balance is our go-to for a quick, healthy meal when we are out and there is no time to cook at home. We usually order through the app and our order is ready by the time we arrive. Our favorites are the taco trio and the build your own bowls.

Good selection. I've tried every bowl and they are all delish. I drool just thinking about their wontons. Sooo good. Tacos are good too. I love that they offer rewards and free items, but they always have an expiration date. Most of the time I receive the free offers I’m not even in town, so it’s a bit disappointing. I order from here a TON when I am in town. It would be nice to have these offers with no expiration date.

They were very busy with carry out orders, they were hustling! The staff was very friendly and apologized to each customer for the wait, but you could see they were working their fastest to get everyone’s order done. Even the customers waiting were being friendly and courteous to the staff because the environment was so positive

my gf & i ordered delivery & everything came as we ordered. there was plenty of tofu, which is nice bc a lot of places always skimp on the protein. they also put the sauce on the side to avoid sogginess, which was so smart! food was tasty & i will be asking my gf to order from here again hehehe

We ordered it delivery through door dash. Everything came neat and organized with labels. Items ordered: veggie eggroll, citrus brussels, four star bowl, nuts 4 pao bowl, bang bang tacos, mango tacos, the whatever, blueberry muffin brew. Everything came correctly without anything missing (even utensils and napkins). I had the two types of tacos, veggie roll, Brussels, and the whatever. Everything tasted great! Everything had complexity in its taste and the flavors was good and really came out to shine. The only downfall I had was the mango taco, it tasted great but did not have much mango flavor to me. I honestly think I might have been given the wrong sauce even though it was labeled mango. The other food ordered I can not give a real report on. They said it was good and went to sleep. Total was 56 dollars, which to me was a fair total for what was brought. I would definitely try again but I think I would try to eat there. Seems like more is offered in store compared to door dash.

Soooo good. I moved away and still wish that I was able to get Balance weekly. I get it when I come into town. The wiseman is my favorite and the brussel sprouts are to die for. I’ve never had anything that I didn’t like though.

Great food, disappointing direction. I’ve always loved the food fresh, creative, and consistently good. But the experience of paying with cash is beyond frustrating. There’s almost never anyone at the register, and the kiosks don’t take cash. It feels like Balance has lost touch with the basics of customer service. At some point, they got swept up in this overly “woke” ideology that seems more performative than practical, and frankly, it’s off-putting. Sad to see a solid spot drift in this direction.

First of all I'm a meat and potatoes guy, so vegetables bowl was out of my comfort zone. What is kale anyways? The chicken was tender. The noodles were delicious. The vegetables were very fresh. My taco was great with steak in it. Just wish they had fountain drinks. I will definitely be returning as everything tasted excellent even the kale.
